Higher tiers allow you to choose two drivers for positions 1, 2, and 3. However, higher tiers limit your flexibility in ranking the remaining drivers. We are required to check your age and identity by regulation. There is a nominal fee of £2 for age/ID verification. This is one off charge. On full launch of our concept, we will not charge you again as you have already been verified. Simply click on “My Profile” and follow the upgrade process. Yes, when we introduce Membership Tiers as we grow. Simply log into your account, go to “My Account/My Sets”. You will be able to select “Upgrade Membership”. You can choose your desired membership level and make your payment. Once you upgrade your membership level, you can enjoy more prediction options, such as selecting a second driver for positions 1 to 3. Note that these options will apply to all remaining races and streams in the competition, so we advise you to update them as soon as possible. You can also change them for each race if you want. While upgrading your membership level increases your chances of scoring, the remaining drivers for positions 4 to 10 are fixed for each combination. You may want to consider this when choosing a membership level that suits your strategy. Note that we limit the number of entries by membership tier to ensure fair gaming. In case of a tie, the member with the most correct predictions will win the prize. For more details, please see our Prize Award rules. How can I upgrade my membership from Basic to Bronze, Silver, or Gold? You can upgrade your membership for free by referring friends! When you invite 3, 6, or 10 valid referrals using the "Invite Friends" link on our platform, your membership will automatically upgrade to Bronze, Silver, or Gold, respectively. A valid referral means the person signs up and actively participates in competitions. Keep sharing your referral link to unlock exclusive benefits! What is two-factor authentication (2FA) and why is it required? Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security that requires not only a password but also a unique code generated by a separate device or sent to you via WhatsApp/SMS. It is required on our platform to comply with UKGC regulations and to ensure the highest level of security for all members. How many attempts do I have to set up 2FA? You are allowed three attempts during the setup process. If you encounter issues, please contact member support for assistance. What should I do if I lose access to my 2FA device? In the event you lose access, please contact our member support team immediately. We will guide you through the recovery process while verifying your identity to ensure the security of your account. What authenticator applications can I use for TOTP? You can use any of the following applications: Google Authenticator (Android/iOS) Microsoft Authenticator (Android/iOS) Twilio Authy (Android/iOS/Desktop) FreeOTP (Android/iOS) GAuth Authenticator (Desktop) How do I set up TOTP on my device? Process is very strightforward Install one of the recommended authenticator applications on your mobile or desktop device. Open the app and select the option to add a new account. Scan the QR code displayed on our setup page or manually enter the code: D4M3SWXZN3XHLRV6. The app will generate a six-digit verification code. Enter the code in the designated field and click “Verify and Save” to complete the setup. What if I cannot scan the QR code with my device? If your device cannot scan the QR code, simply select the manual entry option and type in the provided code (D4M3SWXZN3XHLRV6).
