GBG verifies your details against trusted data sources and has a high approval rate in the UK. If your verification fails, try the following:

• Check your details — ensure your name, address, and date of birth match your official documents.

• Consider recent changes — moves or name changes may not yet appear in databases.

• Retry if allowed — use a different ID document if prompted.

• Contact support — if you believe the result is incorrect, reach out and we’ll help you with next steps.

Members start at Basic level and can progress through Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Higher levels offer additional flexibility and strategic advantages within competitions.

Progression is based on points earned through participation and referrals.
Each level unlocks additional features and opportunities within the platform.

Tie-breaks are resolved based on the number of correct answers and, if required, response time.
Additional tie-break methods may be applied where necessary.

The platform is currently focused on competition, performance and community growth.
Future partner-led campaigns and experience-based opportunities may be introduced as the club develops.

As partnerships develop, competitions may include access to motorsport-related events, travel or lifestyle experiences.

Yes. First 1 Club uses identity and age verification processes and is designed to operate within a structured and compliant framework. We are regulated and licenced by UK Gambling Commission.

Go to your account security settings and choose the option to set up two-factor authentication.

You will be shown a QR code. Open your authenticator app, add a new account, and scan the QR code. The app will then generate a six-digit code. Enter that code on First 1 Club to complete setup.

If you cannot scan the QR code, you can manually enter the unique setup key shown on your account screen.

Competitions are displayed within your account dashboard.
You may also receive reminders before deadlines via email or SMS.

Two-factor authentication, also known as 2FA, helps protect your First 1 Club account by adding an extra security step when you sign in or make important account changes.

Because First 1 Club is an 18+ UK platform, we use security checks to help protect members, reduce unauthorised account access, and support our age, identity and compliance obligations.

We aim to respond promptly to all enquiries.

First 1 Club supports authenticator-app based 2FA using time-based one-time passcodes, commonly known as TOTP.

You can use common authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or another compatible TOTP app.

Yes. For account security, you may be asked to enter a fresh 2FA code when signing in or when completing sensitive account actions.

Each code is temporary and is generated by your authenticator app. If a code expires, wait for the next code and try again.

If you lose access to your phone or authenticator app, contact First 1 Club support. We will need to verify your identity before resetting or changing your 2FA method.

This process helps protect your account and prevents unauthorised access.

If you cannot complete 2FA setup, check that the time and date on your device are set automatically, then try again with a fresh code from your authenticator app.

If setup still fails, contact support. You may be asked to complete additional verification before access can be restored or your 2FA method can be reset.

First 1 Club is certified UK gambling commission platform. It is our policy to abide by regulatory framework for competitions. As a result, registration is limited to users residing within the UK.

Yes, registration is free and includes a set number of entries for competitions.

No cash prizes are offered at launch.

We have developed a mobile responsive website, making it mobile-friendly. 

Allowing you to adjust predictions via your mobile phone. However, for the best experience, we strongly recommend using a tablet or desktop computer, as all content is easily viewed this way.

As we continue to grow, we’ll invest in a mobile app specifically for members. Remember, this is YOUR club. Help us build it!
